XY Game

Below is the XY game I often times use during my Leadership and Team Building Lectures. I posted it here for filing purposes. Do you know how this game works? I'll make a post later explaning this very puzzling, intriguing and interesting gaem.

4 x’s – Each X loses P1
3 X’s , 1 Y – Each X wins P1, Y loses P3
2 X’s, 2 Y – Each X wins P1, Each Y loses P1
1 X, 3 Y’s – X wins P3, Each Y loses P1
4 Y’s – each wins P1
